Following the local elections of June 2009, I was elected to Cork City Council to represent the South East Ward. I was elected on the first count, and received 1,675 first preference votes, exceeding the quota by 237 votes.
I was originally co-opted to Cork City Council in August of 2007. At twenty nine years of age, I am one of the City’s youngest councillors.
I was educated in Regina Mundi College, Douglas Road and I work as an accountant in Blackrock.

Cork is an exciting and changing city, and it continues to evolve. As your Local Councillor, I am working hard to ensure that Cork continues to grow and develop in a way that is favorable to its inhabitants and beneficial for all.
